Refund & Return Policy
All products at FUJI NOIR are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Eligible for a Full Refund or Free Replacement: We offer a full refund or free replacement if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a printing error
- Significantly different from the product listing
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
- Contact us at chantetsu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacement Processing Time: Approved replacements will be produced and shipped within 2–7 business days, followed by standard delivery times.
Non-Eligible Cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
